Intercity Fleet Maintenance Facility
The New Intercity Fleet (NIF) Maintenance Facility Project involves the construction of a purpose-built maintenance facility for the NSW Government’s latest fleet of intercity passenger trains. The facility, positioned off the Main North Line on the Central Coast of NSW, will accommodate both new and existing train fleets for ongoing maintenance, storage and provisioning activities.
Engenicom was engaged to provide Project Management resources for Transport NSW. As part of the project, our people have overseen and ensured the delivery and management of the NIF Maintenance Project with a focus on scope, quality, time, cost and operational readiness.
